Job Description
- To conduct required shift supervision on personnel and equipment of Fuels Blending plant
- To prepare daily shift work plan based on the recipe/instruction provided by Technical department
- To prepare daily progress report to the Operations Manager
- To ensure the conformity (quantity/quality) of feedstocks for Fuels Blending Process in coordination with Waste Storage Supervisor
- To produce Synthetic Fuels via Fuels Blending process in safely and efficient manner, meeting the required specification
- To conduct regular communication and coordination to cement company’s representative for Synthetic Fuels delivery
- To be responsible for the Synthetic Fuel production as per targeted quantity and schedule.
- To ensure the availability and safety of the FB equipment by planning and conducting regular inspection, recording and maintenance
- To ensure the availability and safety of the FB equipment by conducting regular tool box, training, briefing, etc.
- To report to the Operations Manager for any unsafe conditions in the operations area, as well as conduct necessary actions to rectify the unsafe condition
Requirement
- Fresh graduate majoring in Chemical Engineering
- Moderate capability in English
Technical Engineer (Trainee)
Job Description
- To provide technical support to the Sales Group in Waste Pre-Acceptance process: Decide the key parameters to analyze for particular waste stream prior to acceptance, Review laboratory analysis results, Create Pre-Acceptance Report.
- To conduct lab experiment/pilot test for suitable waste treatments, covering: physical/chemical/biological processes, stabilization/solidification process, fuels blending process and other special treatment
- To design, order, setting-up and commission the new treatment/pre-treatment, as follow up to the lab experiment results
- To prepare, review and update SOPs for waste treatment/pre-treatment, including special handling of particular waste stream
- To assist the Technical Manager in preparing technical papers, presentations, or proposals as part of sales support, government report and permitting process
- To review daily incoming waste based on Finger Print Test result and confirm its treatment decision
- To prepare daily treatment recipes for Stabilization/Solidification, Landfill, PChem/Biological process, and/or Fuels Blending
- To document all activities into Operations & Laboratory Information Management System (OLIMS)
Requirement
- Fresh graduate majoring in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- Moderate capability in English
